With so many album and photobook styles available these days, we prefer to give our clients the flexibility to produce their own album/photobook if they wish. Each photography plan therefore includes as standard up to 400 hi-resolution photographs on disc. We do of course offer a range of albums which can be added to your chosen photography plan.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PLANS INCLUDING DVD

The prices shown below include:

- a DVD of 250 to 400 hi-resolution images

- a password-protected online gallery where you and your guests can view your photographs and buy copies of prints (if required) direct from our website

- a full-screen slideshow of your wedding

Platinum Plan £1250 Up to 9 hours on location
Our most comprehensive coverage tells the complete story of your wedding day. Typically we begin at the Bride's home or hotel to capture those special moments as you prepare for your wedding although this is of course optional. At the church or civil venue we capture the key moments unobtrusively. During the ceremony we can usually find a discreet vantage point to take some lovely informal photographs.

At the reception we mingle with guests and take informal shots as you get on with enjoying your day. At some point we may set up some group photographs and perhaps take the two of you aside for a while for some relaxed portraits. All of this will be agreed with you in advance.

When you sit down to the wedding breakfast we take a break too. We then cover the cake cutting and the speeches, where we often catch some of the most humorous and emotional moments of the day. Coverage continues into the evening to include the first dance and the first half an hour or so of the guests on the dancefloor. At this point we usually take our leave although we can arrange to stay later if you wish.

Gold Plan £1075 Up to 7 hours on location
Our Gold plan offers exactly the same approach as Platinum but with a shorter day. Again we can begin at the Bride's home or hotel before the ceremony and then cover the Bride's arrival, the ceremony and the reception up to the end of the wedding breakfast (including the speeches and the cake cutting).

Silver Plan £875 Up to 5 hours on location
Perfect for the smaller wedding or where you simply want high quality photography of just the main events of the day. Coverage normally begins at the church or civil venue around 45 minutes before your ceremony to capture guests arriving, the Groom with Best Man & Ushers etc. We then photograph the Bride's arrival, the ceremony itself and the reception until you sit down to eat.

A note about timings: Each of our photography plans has a nominal maximum time on location. We have designed these packages to allow plenty of time to cover all of the events mentioned under each heading for the vast majority of weddings. However, occasionally a wedding will have an unusual format - e.g. there may be a gap of several hours between the end of the wedding breakfast and the first dance in the evening, or there may be long distances between venues. Whilst we are not clock-watchers, and weddings which overrun a little are no problem, if you feel your wedding coverage is likely to exceed our normal maximum times please choose the next level up or ask for a bespoke quotation.

Based between Ashbourne and Derby we photograph weddings throughout the UK and beyond. Our standard prices include travel to locations within approx 50 miles of Derby. Reasonable expenses to cover travelling and overnight accomodation (where necessary) will be added for locations further afield. We will be happy to provide you with a tailored quotation for your wedding.

A number of options are available at prices from £235.

Example: A 10 inch Italian leather album with 30 prints: £235

SPECIAL EVENTS/CELEBRATIONS

If you are planning a special celebration such as a Birthday Party, Wedding Anniversary or perhaps a Christening we can photograph your event in a similar style to our wedding coverage with a combination of informal and formal images. Please ask for a quotation. We regret that this service is not available on Saturdays between April and September.
